Project Description

Institute of Customer Service Professionals(ICSP)  is an independent institute, solely dedicated to training and providing holistic and specialized customer service solutions and strategies for individuals and organizations in all sectors and industries particularly in Africa. Last year the Institute of Customer Service Professionals ( ICSP ) launched the maiden Ghana Customer Service Index with Firmus Advisory as a research partner  to measure customer service performance of 8 different sectors in Ghana. Firmus Advisory collected feedback from close to 1,500 respondents (both Ghanaian and non-Ghanaian) through our online and insight platforms.
