El registro de la empresa es el primer paso formal para crear una empresa en Ghana. Una vez constituida la empresa, todas las empresas deben presentar sus declaraciones anuales y tambi\u00e9n pueden presentar otros formularios y resoluciones legales seg\u00fan corresponda, a medida que la empresa crece y se producen cambios.
