Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will play a key role in promoting our products/services, understanding customer needs, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

 

Responsibilities:

– Identify and reach out to potential customers to achieve sales targets.

– Actively promote our products/services to individuals and businesses.

– Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting and lead generation.

– Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.

– Provide excellent customer service and support to enhance customer satisfaction.

– Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.

– Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies according

– Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

– Contribute to a positive team environment through open communication and active participation.

Qualifications:

– Minimum of Senior Secondary School Certificate (WASSCE) or its equivalent.

– Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.

 

Experience:

– Proven experience in sales and business development roles is an advantage.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.

– Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
